 | Pro Garment Steamer - Aqua/ White
Great Steamer -- 2010-05-27 This is a great little steamer. I have bought others similar to this type and they are usually 200 watts and inadequately slow. This one is 400 watts and heats up and starts steaming in 2 minutes. Other types like this spill water or spit water if tipped a little too much. But this one is designed with little dividers inside so it doesn't spill water. Great design. Just boils water without a pump or small tubes to get plugged. The 400 watts puts out a very hot good stream of steam which takes the wrinkles right out. Much hotter than the Rowenta 800 watt pump steamer I bought at Kohl's for $50 and clogged within 6 months.
This steamer will put out about 10 minutes of steam per fill of water. The only drawback with this type of steamer is the top part gets hot and you need a towel or something to take off the top to refill it. Not a big issue. The steamer had dual voltage that works automatically. No switch to remember. You will love this affordable steamer. Simple, consistent and trouble free.

 | Rowenta DG5030 Pressure Iron and Steamer
3rd time, shame on me -- 2010-08-27 Other reviewers had this nailed. Now I know I am not crazy. The first model of this was just fine- fine, until it just died. So I returned it, and got the newer model of it. This time, no matter what the temp. setting, it spit water instead of put out steam. Also the steam holes in the bottom can create "dimples" in the fabrics being pressed. The temp. settings are unreliable, and I have burnt fine fabrics with it, when on the last model that same setting was just fine. I too, called Rowenta, and they "duly noted" the problem, however they said there had been "no prior" complaints. ??
I had this very same problem with their Rowenta Professional Model as well, - it spit out water rather than produce steam, and leaked. I ended up returning that model as well, and opted for one of their "Made in Germany" models in hopes that it would be better quality, and so far so good. (however this one is for personal use only).
Reccomendation--DO NOT BUY.- Until they fix this manufacturing problem.
Otherwise, in the past 20 years I have had good products from Rowenta- As a professional in the garment industry.
Rowenta steam iron -- 2010-07-30 I recently purchased a new Rowenta Steam iron. This is the second resevoir iron I have purchased. I am a quilter so a good iron is critical to my work. My irons get a workout. The iron is on for several hours when I am working and I need the advantage of using steam selectively.

 | Scunci SS1000 Hand-Held Steamer - 1000w
Good Product. Bad Reviews? -- 2010-08-14 I picked up my cleaner at the thrift shop for 2.99 like new. I looked here on amazon to get an idea of how much money I saved and I noticed all the bad reviews so I had to try it out asap. Our refrigerator gets washed down on the outside about once a week with hot water and soap so its fairly clean but I decided to use it as my test dummy. I did one small square at the bottom of the front door and stood back that one section now looks brand new! Unfortunately that means I have to go clean the rest of it now :(
Cleaned Stainless Grill! -- 2010-06-27 It is work, but less work using the steamer than without....
Grill was full of grease and gunk!!
I'd like to get more attachments though..
The handle does get warm, but I would expect it beecause of the hot steam..
Holding down the handle can be a pain, Im sure it is for safety, but it would be nice to have a free hand available!

 | Super Steam by Euro
Love it! -- 2010-04-07 This is the best iron I've bought.. it gets the job done, is simple, and is small enough to bring with me when I'm traveling.
A great steam iron -- 2010-04-02 I use this all the time when I need to iron my dress shirts for meetings or when I'm going out. It does the job so quick its amazing and much simpler to use than a heavy duty iron. I love this iron, If you go to Europe you can even use it there its the perfect travel iron and the best one I ever used.

 | TOBI Travel Clothes Steamer - Removes Wrinkles
Another 1-star review -- 2010-05-01 Yup, just like the others have said, it spits hot water at you as soon as you pull the trigger. No wonder I got this thing at the local job lots discounter for $15. I will say that after the first couple of uses it seems to improve a bit and it is convenient; I've used it a bunch of times now for quick morning wrinkle releasing. But if I weren't so slow about making returns and missing my 30 day window it would be back on the shelf at the store and I'd already have a standing steamer with some power. Oh well.
waste of money ! -- 2008-11-22 very unhappy with this, all it did was spit hot water and stain my clothes ! takes a long time to heat up and requires more work than just getting out my old-fashioned iron !

 | Jiffy ESTEAM Hand-Held Travel Steamer (Pink)
Very Handy -- 2010-02-13 This little steamer works well on synthetic fabrics, but is very disappointing on cottons. After major steaming on cotton shirt, the finish was not smooth and crisp and most of the wrinkles were still intact. Had to resort to regular ironing. A bit disappointing since I primarily purchased steamer to get away from the labour involved in ironing cotton garments.
Works as well as the big guys -- 2010-01-23 This little steamer is a powerhouse. I got rid of my floor model steamer and now only use this one. It uses regular tap water which is nice, and I can pack it in my suitcase for traveling.
