Unbelievable: As a frequent ironer, (5 to 6 times a week, with a very hot iron) this is, without a doubt the best pad I have ever used. It fits my ironing board beautifully and lays nice and flat. But, even better than that; I have used the pad for about two months now, and there is not one single sign of even the tiniest scorch mark. Unbelievable - I have scorched ever pad I have ever used with in the first week of use. This pad is worth the extra money you will pay for it. ¬

I spent ages trying to find a ironing board cover for my mini-ironing board. I have a 42 inch ironing board so the standard covers are useless to me. I even bought a regular board as a solution but it is too bulky for my apartment, or rather the space where I do my ironing.
The cover is standard fare. It appears to be a teflon type material. The picture of the board on Amazon has the colour as blue but the actual colour is more grayish. The front part of the board has the standard slip over and the back has two velcro attachments which pulls the cover snugly. There is also a storage pocket which hangs over to the left back side of the board.
I started out giving the cover 4 stars but I upgraded to 5. I am just too happy that I don't have to throw out my favourite board. Plus, it doesn't really have any negative points.
On behalf of all the frustrated mini-ironing board owners out there. Thank you Amazon. :>

Nice Product, Doesn't Fit our Iron -- 2010-07-24
This is a nice, heavy ironing-board holder that fits well over the door. I'm only disappointed that it seems just to be made for smaller irons. Ours is not huge, but it's too deep and too wide to fit into the iron holder. The iron-holder feature is the main reason I chose this unit over other similar ones, so I'm really disappointed.

I love the idea of keeping the iron and Ironing board along with spray bottles in one place but the hooks for haning this over the door are not strong enough to hold everything. It was up over my door for a couple of weeks before the whole thing came down. I bought this so I do not have to drill any holes into the wall since I rent.

My mother had one of these on her ironing board when I was growing up and didn't know that they were still available. For the price, I wanted to give it a try and it is well worth it. After a thorough search on the Internet, my wife and I decided on this product. We were looking for a holder to mount on a wall in our pantry. Some of the holders that we looked at were too large and others too flimsy. This iron and ironing board holder is very sturdy, and with care should give many years of service.
Solid Product -- 2010-07-25
Sturdy and worth the price. Has a heavier plastic, quality feel to it. Product looks great on the wall in my sewing room.
Easy to install. Just the usual pain installing on drywall. I have one screw into a stud and an anchor behind the other. Both screw holes are elongated to allow for leveling adjustment. One is vertically elongated and one is horizontal. I installed it at a height where the bottom legs of the ironing board hit the baseboard when it is hanging. The holder keeps the top legs off the wall very nicely. So, no marks on the wall.
My ironing board has T-shaped legs with a diagonal brace at the bottom. Fits just fine.

I used to have an iron with a separate water tank for steaming and this iron is just a temporary solution, but I was surprised how great it works. Warms up in about a minute, the digital selection is easy to be done with one hand, steam is ready in a minute as well. I will use it just for a limited time period, but I'll definitely get a same one once I move to another place.

The only reason I even looked at this mop was because the reviews were so "hands-down" positive. And after using the mop myself I will tell you that it lives up to its reputation. I used it once, loaned it to a friend to try, and had to ask for it back! She used it to clean up dry wall dust and literally cried when it left her floors spotless. It cleans so well, and leaves almost no moisture (compared to a regular mop)! I'm back to buy another mop for my friend today. You can't beat the quality and especially not the value.
Better than expected -- 2010-09-03
After having bought a Shark that stopped steaming after 3 uses, I was hesitant to get another steamer. Read reviews on this product and at the low price felt it was worth a try. Was very easy to put together and though only used 3 times has done a great job each time. True it doesn't "sterilize" the floor, who needs that! If you want healthy kids who don't get sick at the drop of a hat, EXPOSE THEM TO ALITTLE DIRT(it builds immunity)! Definitely use about 2000-2200ml of water to avoid puddling. My floors dried quickly and looked great. The first time I used soap & water & a buffer due to the floor texture and the build up of dirt & other products. Used the steamer to clean any residual. Floors looked like new. Since, have used only steamer and they still look excellent.

The cost of this iron was only $7.99, but the shipping was even more expensive than the iron. I would said go buy an inexpensive iron from Target or Walmart is a better choice.
The iron is inexpensive, do not expect too much from it. It can get the job done and it looks good.

As an avid traveler, I've purchased this steamer as a solution for those overseas hotels which don't provide irons. I used to pack Downy Wrinkle Releaser and make the best of it, but with this easy-to-use, dual-voltage device, I can steam my clothes on-the-go at home and abroad. Since it's a micro steamer, I wouldn't expect to steam a whole suitcase full of clothes on one fill. But it handles one or two outfits very well, and given how light and compact it is, makes for a must-have travel accessory.
