I love it when things do what they are supposed to do, and this cute little fellow does just that--instant cool mist keeps me from drying out when Im asleep--Wallah!--no more nose bleeds, no dry throat in the morning. Thanks Amazon it arrived in mint condition in just a couple of day after I ordered it.
Good humidifier w/ a small problem -- 2010-09-06
Worked great until it became clogged. It might be user error or our own water, but it sucks that we used it for less than a year. Otherwise, it is a great product as the air flow can be adjusted and its cute. :)
Great Customer Service -- 2010-08-29
The humidifier broke after 4 months, so I called their customer service and they told me to just cut the electrical cord and mail that in. They sent me a new humidifier after 2 weeks. It was so easy! Now, truth be told, I'm not sure how well the humidifier mists the room. I haven't tested the room's humidity. However the Vicks versions are way too noisy, and this one is silent. And I do notice my son feels better when I use it AND I see his nose drain when I use it. So it must work. Overall, it;s a good product and the Customer Service makes it an outstanding one.

Loved it at first, although keeping the mold out of the base where the water is is constant work, but maybe that's part of humidifier upkeep... this thing started flickering on and off after just one winter season :( Cute as all get out, but doesn't serve it's purpose
